Vehicle certificate 29581 (M3 (Type NCM M3), with T3 and T3s added by modification), current, expires 8 July 2030. Holder: Leon Cycle Pty Ltd. Original certificate and a modification adding Model T3s (Type NCM T3s) both accepted 30 June 2025. The modification ties the T3s to battery i6-4814 (48V, 13.2Ah, 633.6Wh, approval EESS-250305-0, mark CCS-250305-EA) and charger SSLC109V55A (54.6V, 2A, approval AZ 69026262, mark TUV-026262-EA). NSW Fair Trading register, checked 12 Oct 2026.

The vehicle certificate names the T3s with its battery and charger. The one open item: the certificate names the 13.2Ah i6-4814 battery, while Leon Cycle currently sells the T3s with a 12Ah 576Wh pack listed under the same battery approval mark (CCS-250305-EA). Leon Cycle's certification page lists the T3s as approved for all Australian states.
NSW requires its own Certificate of Approval for the bike, its battery and its charger. Overseas certificates and retailer claims do not count on their own. Checked 12 Oct 2026.
