That exact motor name is confirmed elsewhere at 250W nominal and 25 km/h AU cutoff on sister models using the identical Bosch Cargo Line unit (Packster2 70 via Dutch Cargo Bike's spec sheet, Load5 75 via Electric Bikes Brisbane's listing). No throttle listed in any component/accessory list. Reviewer should independently confirm the 250W figure applies unchanged to Load4 60 before publishing if in doubt.
