No Level 4 ADV or Level 4 ADV ST vehicle certificate on the NSW Fair Trading register or the NSW certified product list. Aventon battery certificates 30003 and 30004 (36.4V, 22Ah, 800.8Wh) are close to this bike's quoted 800Wh but use a different cell (CC5563F101) from the Samsung 58E cells BikesOnline lists, and name no bike, so they are not counted. No charger certificate found.
NSW requires its own Certificate of Approval for the bike, its battery and its charger. Overseas certificates and retailer claims do not count on their own. Checked 8 Oct 2026.
The retailer quotes 250W nominal and 750W peak. Nominal 250W would sit inside the current NSW 500W limit, but there is no certificate or declaration stating the continuous rated power, and Transport for NSW says a bike able to run above 500W is illegal even if software limits it. Needs the certified continuous rating before we call it road legal in NSW.
